“That the Chief Executive considers the re-introduction of the Fingal Greener Community Awards, which ran successfully prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and offered numerous benefits to the Fingal area, including fostering community spirit, environmental awareness and enhancing the visual appeal of our local areas.”
