“To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report clarifying what percentage of the 400+ ha land in Dunsink remains in public ownership and if any land has changed ownership from public to private since the Planning & Strategic Infrastructure Department report in October 2022 which stated that the 400+ ha land in Dunsink was a “largely publicly owned landbank”, as this isn’t consistent with a recent article in the Irish Independent newspaper which claims that approx. half of the area is owned by the Council and half by Castlethorn Developments?”
