“That the Chief Executive consider measures to prevent scrambler and quad bike access to Tyrrelstown and Mick Walsh Parks as requested by Tyrrelstown FC and Tyrrelstown GAA, as the vehicles are frequently using the parks thereby posing a risk to the public and damaging the playing surfaces.”
