“That the Chief Executive take action to resolve some of the issues with the public toilets in Howth:

- the capacity of the current toilets is less than the old toilets which has led to large queues forming, often onto a public road

- that signage be installed to let people know about the toilets,

- the extension of the opening hours of the toilets as they have been closed at 4pm on some days

- outline what sets off the alarm as on one occasion the alarm rang continuously for 6 hours, can another mechanism be put in place when there is an alert or issue.”
