“That the Chief Executive prioritise Phase 2 of the Donabate Distributor Road project, particularly regarding improving the existing slip road arrangement onto the M1, given Donabate's rapidly growing population, including the provision of completion timeline and the allocation of resources to ensure that this project is completed before traffic significantly worsens with more people moving onto the peninsula of Donabate and Portrane.”
