“That the Chief Executive gives consideration to opening a Commercial Business Support Scheme to provide aid to businesses dealing with excessive insurance premiums for activities which have a significant cultural or social aspect for young people.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor P. Quinlan was proposed by Councillor P. Quinlan and seconded by Councillor T. O’Leary.
