"To ask the Chief Executive to outline what data and analysis the Council maintains of the situation regarding childcare in the Portmarnock area, including information on current levels of demand, anticipated future demand as new housing is built and occupied, current total childcare spaces in the area, including the availability of vacant spaces, if any, within that total, and length of waiting lists in excess of available spaces, anticipated future childcare spaces for which provision is made in planning permissions commenced and not yet commenced and to advise on the degree to which the current arrangements are meeting the childcare needs of families in the area?”
