The Motion, in the name of Councillor J. Hopkins, was proposed by Councillor J. Hopkins and seconded by Councillor D. Healy.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Ms. Roisin Burke, Senior Planner, Planning and Strategic Infrastructure Department read the report into the record.

Following discussion, the motion was AGREED.
