“That the Chief Executive instruct the relevant department to carry out a review of the appropriateness of the paths in and around the Abbeyvale estate in particular from Abbeyvale Lawn to the entrance of the estate in light of reports by disabled members of the public that these paths are inaccessible for those who require the use of wheelchairs and or other mobility aids”.

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Smyth was proposed by Councillor Smyth, seconded by Councillor Quinn. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Following discussion, the Committee NOTED the report.
