“That the Chief Executive investigates the sequence of traffic lights at the junction of Castleknock Road and Main Street, Blanchardstown (at the Bell), where the filter light to turn right at St. Brigid's School does not correspond with the pedestrian light on the opposite road, as both can be green at the same time.”
