“That the Chief Executive report on planned work to the Coastal Cycleway between Kilbarrack and Baldoyle Roads, including the proposed redesign of the access at Bayside, the confusion caused by the markings which were painted over due to an evaluation that they were leading to collisions but which have since been used as the basis for additional markings, the challenge posed by the deep shadow cast by the wall on the cycleway adjacent to it and the difficulties accessing and leaving the cycleway at the Kilbarrack Road junction, all of which have been discussed at this Area Committee over the years.”
