“To ask the Chief Executive how many open ‘Taken-in-Charge’ applications the Council is currently dealing with and if any internal analysis has been undertaken, which details common issues that have arisen in these estates that have slowed-down the ‘Taken-in-Charge’ process from formally completing, and furthermore, for residential estates that have completed construction, does Fingal County Council communicate through information campaigns, leaflets or otherwise - how residents can go about the ‘Taken-in-Charge’ process?”
