“That the Chief Executive gives urgent consideration to the building of a multi-use motorbike and pump track in this Local Electoral Area to accommodate this special interest in a safe and productive way in view of the rising cases of life altering accidents involving scramblers and e-scooters, as well as the rising levels of anti-social behaviour linked to the inappropriate use of the vehicles.”
