“That this Committee requests a report from the Chief Executive on measures to ensure the protection of the green space and the existing greenbelt around Swords in the implementation of the Fingal Development Plan 2023–2029, so that National Planning Framework targets do not erode the towns designated open space and green infrastructure.”
