“That the Chief Executive investigates ways to close some of the openings to the infill area between Fortlawn Park and Fortlawn Avenue that does not necessitate the demolition of four homes.”

The Chair noted a request submitted by Councillor A. Donnelly that her Motion reflect it is a joint Motion in the name of Councillor A. Donnelly and Councillor J. Walsh and requested if the meeting was happy to facilitate this. The meeting agreed and the Motion was proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly and seconded by Councillor J. Walsh.

The Chair DECLARED the motion PASSED.

During discussion Councillor P. Quinlan raised the matter of the Motion on the September 2025 agenda and requested that it be   heard again today. The Chair advised Item 24 was the Motion before the floor and also relates to the Fortlawn Infill Scheme and his September Motion would not be heard today, and he could seek to submit his Motion for the next meeting.
