“That the Chief Executive prohibit the use of bicycles, e-bikes, and electric scooters on the upper embankment walkway of Balbriggan front beach, on safety grounds, due to the limited width of the pathway and erect appropriate signage at both points of entry.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Murphy was proposed by Councillor Murphy, seconded by Councillor Quinn. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Following discussion, the Committee NOTED the report.
