“That the Chief Executive, as a matter of urgency, arrange for an inspection with a view to provide temporary measures i.e. install temporary traffic lights and/or cutting back of hedges to facilitate safer access to the Ballymastone Sports grounds in Donabate given the serious health and safety concerns of parents and club members as the current access road is too narrow with vehicles unable to pass each other safely, with 30-minute wait times, at busy periods to access the sports grounds.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Johnston was proposed by Councillor Johnston, seconded by Councillor Mulville. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED.
