"That this Committee calls upon the Chief
Executive to initiate and develop a Local Transport Plan for
Blanchardstown, as required by Objective:
CMO5 of the Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029, to provide an
accurate roadmap for planning of public transport needs in the
coming years."

The Motion in the name of Councillor J. Walsh was proposed by Councillor J. Walsh and Seconded by Councillor B. Hanaphy.
An amended motion was submitted in the name of Councillor J. Walsh. The amended motion was proposed by Councillor J. Walsh and seconded by Councillor T. Kitt and AGREED.
The Amended Motion to Read:
"That this Committee calls upon the Chief Executive to initiate and develop a Local Transport Plan for the Blanchardstown Centre, as required by Objective: CMO5 of the Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029, to provide an accurate roadmap for planning of public transport needs in the coming years."
Following discussion the amended motion was AGREED.
