“That the Chief Executive writes to Irish Rail seeking clarification on why the train from Clonsilla to the M3 Parkway is left idling at Clonsilla for 15 of every 20 minutes, from 6.30am to 11.45pm, causing noise and air pollution and requesting that Irish Rail find a different solution to avoid pollution, especially in a residential area.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor J. Walsh was proposed by Councillor J. Walsh and Seconded by Councillor M. McCamley.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion the Motion was AGREED.
