“That the Chief Executive write to the National Transport Authority and Dublin Bus to highlight the unacceptable level of 'ghost buses' on routes in Dublin 15, particularly the 37 route where this problem is well established, and to request details of the action being taken by state agencies to provide a reliable, sustainable bus service.”
