“That the Chief Executive initiates the process of creating a long-term strategic plan for delivering a continuous pedestrian footpath on Minister’s Road in Lusk, from Regles Estate to the junction of the R132, to provide a safe walking route between adjoining residential areas and public transport links on the R132 and that this plan includes an assessment of delivery routes including agreement, purchase or where required, commencement of the CPO process as necessary.”
