“That the Chief Executive provides an update on any new Seveso sites in Fingal since the commencement of the current Development Plan, to add to the nine mentioned in Chapter 14 of the Development Plan, and how the Council continues to adhere to the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) should an accident ever occur.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor M. McCamley was proposed by Councillor M. McCamley and seconded by Councillor J. Walsh.

 

Following a discussion, it was agreed to invite Dublin Fire Brigade to give a presentation to the members.

 

The report was ACCEPTED.
