“That the Chief Executive outlines if a traffic plan is implemented for new housing developments involving construction vehicles, including which roads are to be used and at what times, and if there is a plan like this for the housing development being built at Auburn in Malahide, as builders are currently using Streamstown Lane and Carey's Lane, which is a residential area, when they could use the Malahide Road entrance.”
