“That the Chief Executive include appropriate drainage improvement works as part of the planned resurfacing scheme for Church Road in Rolestown and examine an appropriate drainage enhancement scheme and explore Capital Funding options, in advance of any scheduled resurfacing schemes, for Church Road in Rolestown to Lispopple Bridge in order to address existing surface water issues and not simply re-surface a flood plain.”

The motion in the name of Councillor Mulligan was proposed by Councillor Mulligan and  seconded by Councillor Newman.   

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion the motion was PASSED.
