“That the Chief Executive arranges an on-site meeting between Council Officials and the Chairperson of the Balcarrick Golf Club, given the ongoing issues of water overflowing from the attenuation pond on land adjacent to the Donabate Distributor Road and the Golf Club resulting in flooding on the golf course.”
