“That the Chief Executive provide an update on planning for the development in Seamount, planning reference SHD/013/19, in particular relating to the need to build a childcare facility as part of the planning application, the childcare facility is built but is not in use, and to advise if it was built in accordance with planning regulations and if there is a recommended size for childcare facilities in Fingal.”
