“That the Chief Executive consult immediately with the residents of Auburn Green, Auburn Estate, Phoenix Estate and Peck’s Lane as they have just been informed by Donnelly Engineering that their green will be turned into a building compound for twelve months to facilitate the installation of the Auburn Avenue to the 12th Lock walking and cycling route. It is grossly unfair that the compound displayed in the public consultation showed a much smaller compound than what is now going to be installed.”

It was AGREED to take item 27 and item 29 concurrently.
