Councillor D. Healy - Parking Charges in Fingal

"To ask the Chief Executive to set out, for each area in the county, where the Council charges for car parking, in relation to the  following: the number of car parking spaces; the number of residents' permits; the annual gross revenue; the annual costs of administering the parking control scheme;  the net revenue; how much, if any, of the net revenue is ring-fenced for the local area; the ways in which any ring-fenced revenue has been spent in the last 3 years?”
