“That the Chief Executive, in the context of the proposed N3 Clonee to M50 Bus Priority and Active Travel scheme, engage with Transport Infrastructure Ireland to implement the best possible noise abatement measures, including road resurfacing with the lowest noise materials, high quality acoustic barriers and vegetative buffers etc. for the communities adjacent to the N3, in particular Saddlers Estate, Mulhuddart Wood, Village Heights and parts of Whitestown which have been heavily impacted by road noise for many years.”

It was AGREED to take item 36 and item 38 concurrently.
