“That the Chief Executive provides a report on measures taken to implement the following motion, that was passed at the meeting of this Committee on the 5^th March 2026:
‘That the Chief Executive carries out a risk assessment on the impact the opening six cul-de-sacs will have on the community of Fortlawn, as three through roads will exacerbate the problems residents are experiencing with anti-social behaviour and commits that no further action to open these cul-de-sacs should be taken without data and evidence to show this course of action will not make anti-social behaviour worse’.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor A. Donnelly was proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly and Seconded by Councillor B. Hanaphy.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion, the Motion was AGREED.
