“That the Chief Executive expedite the engagement of a suitable consultant to undertake the feasibility study, including the ecological survey, for the proposed greenway/link connecting Balrothery Village to Ardgillan Demesne Regional Park; and, in the event that no appointment has yet been made, outline the barriers preventing progression of the project, noting that Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme (ORIS) funding was awarded on 15^th  August 2025 and the study must be completed within 18 months of the grant approval date”
