“That the Council initiate an Independent Feasibility Study of Ardgillan Demesne to reconsider holding large public events including concerts with a suitable traffic access and egress plan, noting that the last concert was held there circa 2005, the purpose of the study being to use this wonderful facility, more for the nearby residents of Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush, Lusk, rural Fingal and other areas, the study to include all possible options and ideas.”
