“That the Chief Executive write to Dublin Fire Brigade to ensure that each Chemical plant in this Local Electoral Area has a robust communication plan in place for false alarms and that the false alarm is communicated to the public in a timely manner, and as a means of effective preventative action can Dublin Fire Brigade also ensure that the fault with the system at Barclays Chemical plant be included in future safety audits across similar plants in the Local Electoral Area.”
