“That this Area Committee make a submission to the consultation on Aircraft Noise Regulation for planning application F23A/0781, noting that nighttime restrictions on flight numbers and movements are in place as mitigation measures in many airports across Europe and requesting that ANCA ensure that the draft regulatory decision be amended to include appropriate restrictions on nighttime flights in order to protect people's health.”
