“That the Chief Executive provide a more aesthetically appropriate form of temporary fencing or screening that would provide the same level of safety and keep the public out while being more sympathetic to the surroundings at Balbriggan Beach near the Martello Tower.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor Murphy was proposed by Councillor Murphy and seconded by Councillor Quinn.
