“That the Chief Executive undertakes an urgent review of the Fieldstown Bridge East Junction (Oldtown area), where the R122 meets the R125 Swords-Ashbourne Road, given the ongoing concerns of residents and the Oldtown Community Council with at least eight incidents at this location reported to the Committee since November 2025 including multi-vehicle collisions and most recently a three-vehicle collision on 20th August 2026."
