·         Preservethetreelinedapproach toMalahidealong the DublinRoad.

·         Facilitatehighqualitysustainabledevelopmentthat protectsand enhancesthesensitivehistoric andnaturalsettingof AuburnHouseand integratesnewdevelopmentwiththeconservationand preservationof theprotectedstructure,its curtilageand protectedtrees.

·         Retainvisualcorridorsto/fromAuburnhouse throughtheestablishmentof avisual buffertotheeastof AuburnHouse.

·         Theareafor developmentnorth ofAuburnHouseis considereda sensitivedevelopmentzone,wherebya maximumridge heightof 6mshouldbeapplied

·         Provide for apedestrian/ cycleroutealong theAuburnHouseavenue to MalahideRoad.

·         Ensure pedestrian connectivity between Auburn House Avenue and Abington/Gaybrook/Castleheath.
