The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED. 

The Mayor informed the members the membership of the Committee be confined to four members of the Howth Malahide Area Committee.

It was proposed by Councillor E. O’Brien, seconded by Councillor JK. Onwumereh and AGREED:

“That Councillor Cathal Haughey be appointed to the Howth Special Amenity Area Order (SAAO) Management Committee.”

It was then proposed by Councillor D. Mulligan, seconded by Councillor P. Mulville and AGREED:

“That Councillor Joan Hopkins be appointed to the Howth Special Amenity Area Order (SAAO) Management Committee.”

It was then proposed by Councillor J. Walsh, seconded by Councillor R. O’Donoghue and AGREED:

“That Councillor David Healy be appointed to the Howth Special Amenity Area Order (SAAO) Management Committee.”

It was proposed by Councillor M. McCamley, seconded by Councillor B. McDonagh and AGREED:

“That Councillor Brian McDonagh be appointed to the Howth Special Amenity Area Order (SAAO) Management Committee.”
