The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED. 

The members were informed the membership of the Committee be confined to the Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords Area Committee.

It was proposed by Councillor T. O’Leary, seconded by Councillor
E. Dockrell:

“That Councillor Luke Corkery be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor J. Walsh, seconded by Councillor M. McCamley:

“That Councillor Corina Johnston be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor B. Hanaphy, seconded by Councillor A. Donnelly:

“That Councillor Malachy Quinn be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor M. McCamley, seconded by Councillor B. Ryan:

“That Councillor Robert O’Donoghue be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor J. Burtchaell, seconded by Councillor R. Coppinger:

“That Councillor D. Mulligan be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor J. Hopkins, seconded by Councillor D. Mulligan:

“That Councillor Paul Mulville be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

It was then proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly, seconded by Councillor M. Quinn:

“That Councillor Darren Jack Kelly be appointed to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.”

Following discussions, Councill P. Mulville withdrew his nomination.

The Mayor then DECLARED Councillors Luke Corkery, Corina Johnston, Malachy Quinn, Robert O’Donoghue, Dean Mulligan and Darren Jack Kelly be appointed as members to the North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force.

“That Councillors Brigid Manton, Tony Murphy and Grainne Maguire be appointed to North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force”.

It was then proposed by Councillor D. Smith, seconded by Councillor B. McDonagh and AGREED:

“That Councillor Seána Ó Rodaigh be appointed to North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force”.

It was then proposed by Councillor D. Mulligan, seconded by Councillor P. Donnelly and AGREED:

“That Councillor Ann Graves be appointed to North Dublin Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force”.
