“That the Chief Executive write to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and ask the Department to undertake a review and revision of the Part M Regulations so that the minimum standard for new dwellings is that new dwellings should be suitable for people to live in over their lifetime, based on a Universal Design approach.”
