“To ask the Chief Executive if the VAS installed are to the standard set out in the 2017 Contract and if they have a data collection facility that is capable of collecting the following information: time and date, actual speed, average and max speed, speed reduction, 85th percentile and if this is a requirement of all current contracts for VAS and if not, why was it removed?”
