“That the Chief Executive report on discussions with Irish Water and the EPA subsequent to the motion being agreed at this Committee in February 2020: “That arising from the report, this Area Committee recommends that the Council liaise with Irish Water and the EPA to discuss how to give effect to the commitment as to health-oriented water quality in the Estuary during the EPA licensing process for the Broadmeadow Treatment Plan and report back within four months.”

The Motion, in the name of Councillor D. Healy, was proposed by Councillor D. Healy and seconded by Councillor E. O’Brien.
