“To ask the Chief Executive that, as the COVID crisis recedes and the county faces new challenges, such as rising food prices and energy cost increases, can she assure the Council that she will refocus the Crisis Management Team to build the mobilisation of community groups, who reached out in an exceptional manner during the last few years of the crisis to the vulnerable members of our community, that these groups are now assisted in developing their understanding of the many services and supports which are available to the vulnerable members of our communities and that these community groups are supported in communicating with this important section of our community?”
