“To ask the Chief Executive how many parking fines have been issued in non-Pay & Display areas in Fingal since the extended parking enforcement powers were introduced giving a breakdown by Local Electoral Area and categorisation of offences punished; parking on footpaths, double yellow lines, cycle lanes, school crossing points, blue permit spaces, grass verges etc?”
