The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED.  A presentation was given to the Members by Mr. Lorcan Blake from Grant Thornton.

It was AGREED to extend the meeting to conclude Item 28 and take Item 29.

Itwas proposed by Councillor A. Henchy, seconded by Councillor G. Maguire, and RESOLVED:

“That the Local Economic & Community Plan 2023 – 2028 is hereby ADOPTED.”
