“That the Chief Executive report on plans to provide age appropriate recreational and hang-out space for teenagers, as set out in Keeping it Green, An Open Space Strategy for Fingal and  The Space for Play - A Play Policy for Fingal, to be done in close consultation and dialogue with young people, also given the recently completed county wide audit of play facilities.”
