Councillor K. Power - Wastewater Discharge Licence Application and Representation System

“That the Chief Executive seeks to establish an online Wastewater Discharge Licence application and Representation System, similar to the GIS mapped Planning Application viewer, where applications for Local Authority regulated wastewater discharge licenses, under the Local Government (Water Pollution Acts, 1977 and 1990, Local Government (water pollution) regulations 1978 and 1992, are available for the public to view and make representations/submissions online.”
