Councillor J. Hopkins - Tackling illegal Short Lets in Fingal

“That the Chief Executive takes an active investigation role with respect to planning enforcement for Short Term lets in the County, we have 68 planning permissions for Short Term lets over the last 5 years for the entire County, it is evident that there are significantly more homes across the County available to rent on various sites than have planning permission.”
