“That the Chief Executive makes provision for the planting of orchards in public green spaces, so that local people have access to indigenous heirloom fruit trees, which provide colour with their blossoms, healthy fruit for the local population, food for the birds and bees, reduce CO2 and generally be good for the environment.”
