“To ask the Chief Executive will the Council carry out an audit of existing cycle paths in Fingal (such as at Dublin Airport, Airside, Swords, Holywell bypass Swords) to ascertain what alterations are necessary to make the existing cycle path infrastructure user friendly for cyclists and will the Council give an undertaking that all future cycle path infrastructure is designed so that it can be easily and safely used by cyclists?”
